At the ATR Internal Awards Ceremony held on April 16, 2026, our team members were honored for their contributions to the operation of the Osaka-Kansai Expo Signature Pavilion “Future of Life”! Over the course of 184 days, we successfully carried out a long-term demonstration, exhibition, and operations safely and reliably. Through guiding and assisting hundreds of thousands of visitors using Communication Agents (CAs) and androids, we demonstrated both the feasibility and social acceptance of an avatar symbiotic society, showcasing ATR’s meaningful contribution to the Expo. Japanese The ATR Open House 2025, held on October 2 and 4, concluded successfully with a great turnout. We sincerely thank everyone who attended! This year's theme was "The Forefront of Science and Technology Addressing Social Issues." The exhibition structure was completely revamped, shifting from laboratory units to solution units, making it easier to understand the research dedicated to solving pressing social challenges.
